SALISBURY, Md. – Four Salisbury University student-athletes reeled in Jersey Mike's A Sub Above Players of the Week recognition by taking home weekly honors from the Colonial Women's Golf Conference (CWGC) and Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C).

Krista Brosius was recognized as the program's first CWGC Golfer of the Week last Wednesday, while men's soccer's
David Brunetti took home the Sea Gulls' second C2C Offensive Player of the Week nod in three weeks, and volleyball's
Kiley McTaggart and
Prudence Marco swept the C2C weeklies for their team for the second straight week.
Krista Brosius | CWGC Golfer of the Week | First Career
Brosius (Fr. – Magnolia, Del.) carded the Sea Gulls' top individual score at the Bridgewater Invitational on Monday and Tuesday, posting a 24-over 168 with three birdies over two rounds at Lakeview Golf Course. Brosius shot a 15-over 87 in round one before shaving six strokes off her total for a nine-over 81 in round two, finishing 20th in the individual field of 50 golfers.
David Brunetti | C2C Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week | First Career
Brunetti (Fr. – Essex, Md.) scored three goals over the Sea Gulls' two wins during the week. On Wednesday at St. Mary's (Md.) he netted the only goal of a 1-0 result in the 83rd minute. Then on Saturday at 24th-ranked Carnegie Mellon, he tallied a pair of scores – the team's first in the seventh minute and its fourth on a 61st-minute penalty kick – in SU's 4-1 upset of the Tartans. Brunetti's five goals this season are tied for second in the C2C and tops among league freshmen.
Kiley McTaggart | C2C Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week | Sixth Career (Second This Season
McTaggart (Jr. – North Wales, Pa.) laid down 38 kills (3.17 K/S) at a .252 clip, as well as five service aces, as the Sea Gulls went 3-0 over Friday and Saturday. In Friday night's five-set triumph at Dickinson, McTaggart posted the best all-around numbers of her career with 18 kills and 16 digs, including eight fifth-set strikes to account for over half of SU's 15 points in the deciding frame. McTaggart currently leads the C2C in kills (200) while ranking third in kills per set (3.17) and fifth in hitting percentage (.268).
Prudence Marco | C2C Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week | First Career
Marco (So. – Mechanicsburg, Pa.) registered 43 digs (3.58 D/S) and a .925 reception percentage during SU's three-match perfect week. On Friday at Dickinson, she chased down 22 digs over five sets. The C2C's best backline performer through the first month-plus of the season, Marco owns commanding league leads in digs (264) and digs per set (4.19).
