2026 C2C Outdoor Track & Field Championships Preview

• The Sea Gulls sent athletes to six outdoor meets leading into C2C championship weekend, including two at the SU Track & Field Complex: the Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet on March 7th and the Eastern Shore Challenge on April 18th.
• After the Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet,  the Sea Gulls headed to the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge (Myrtle Beach, S.C.), where they both earned top 10 finishes against Division I programs.
• SU also competed in the Blue & Silver Challenge (Newport News, Va.), Dalton Ebanks Invitational (Fairfax, Va.), and the Penn Relays (Philadelphia, Pa.)
• The Sea Gulls have knocked down eight school records so far this spring in the Outdoor Season.

• Salisbury has won a combined 21 outdoor track & field conference titles. The men's team owns 17 championships, most recently in 2023, while the women's team boasts four league crowns with the most recent coming in 2013.
• The teams have swept the outdoor championship meets three times, winning both titles in 2010, 2012, and 2013.
• Last year, the Sea Gulls tallied 2nd on the men's side and third on the women's side during the C2C Outdoor Championships. This indoor season the men also finished 2nd and the women 3rd at the C2C Indoor Championships.
