LEBANON, Pa. – The Salisbury University men's golf team opened its final tournament of the fall season, competing in the first round of the LBC 36-Hole Invitational, hosted by Lancaster Bible on Sunday at Lebanon Country Club.
The Sea Gulls closed the first 18 holes with a 66-over 354, good for ninth place in the field and three up on 10th-place Lebanon Valley (357).
ROUND NOTES
- Ryan Henneman continued a strong fall by shooting a seven-over 79, tying for seventh in the field of 52 and sitting just four strokes back of clubhouse leader Nathan Leppo of Hood.
- Parker Pruitt finished his round tied for 25th individually after shooting a 14-over 86.
- Grant Ferrier shot a 21-over 93, good for 45th on the leaderboard.
- Ben Bowen made his season debut for Salisbury, registering a 24-over 96 to tie for 47th.
The Sea Gulls will wrap up the fall with the final round of the LBC Invitational on Monday. Tee time from Lebanon is 12 p.m.
