Sea Gulls to host four home meets; NJAC Championships Feb. 12-15 in Hampton

SALISBURY, Md. – Coming off the greatest combined season in program history, the Salisbury University men's and women's swimming teams officially unveiled their 2025-26 schedule on Monday.

The Sea Gulls will open the season with back-to-back home meets, starting on Saturday, Oct. 18, against Marymount (Va.) at 12 p.m. inside the Maggs Physical Activities Center Swimming Pool. Two weeks later on Saturday, Nov. 1, SU hosts New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) rival Rowan with the first event slated for 12 p.m.

The Rowan meet kicks off a busy November for Salisbury, who will swim in four consecutive weekends. On Nov. 8 the Sea Gulls head up to TCNJ for another NJAC battle, then on Nov. 15 it's back north for a visit to Swarthmore.

On Nov. 21-23, SU returns to the Hampton Aquaplex in Hampton, Va., for the Yellow Jacket Invitational. The Sea Gull men are the defending champions of the midseason meet, while the Sea Gull women placed second in 2024-25.

Salisbury will enter and exit the winter break at home. The final meet of 2025 features Division I UMBC on Saturday, Dec. 6, at 1 p.m. Then to open 2026 on Saturday, Jan. 17, the Sea Gulls will celebrate Senior Day against Franklin & Marshall at 1 p.m.

SU closes out the regular season with back-to-back road meets, visiting Catholic on Jan. 24 and Eastern Shore rival Washington College on Jan. 30.

The 2026 NJAC Swimming and Diving Championships will be held over four days from Thursday, Feb. 12, through Sunday, Feb. 15 at the Hampton Aquaplex. The collegiate season then concludes with the 2026 NCAA Division III Championships, set for Mar. 18-21 in Indianapolis, Ind.

The Sea Gulls will add some new blood into a mix with the core of a program that reached new heights in 2024-25. The SU women's team went an undefeated 7-0 in dual meets and won the first conference title in program history by placing first at the NJAC Championships. The SU men finished 6-1 in dual meets, won the Yellow Jacket Invitational, and placed third at the NJAC Championships.
