Weekly Conference Honor Roll | Feb. 3-9, 2025

SALISBURY, Md. – Three Salisbury University student-athletes captured the first weekly honors of their respective spring seasons from the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) and Coastal Lacrosse Conference (CLC), as revealed by the league offices on Monday.

Second-ranked men's lacrosse's Jeremiah Stafford was deemed the season's first CLC Defensive Player of the Week, while second-ranked women's lacrosse's Regan McDonnell and Abby Fleishell swept C2C Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week, respectively.

Jeremiah Stafford | CLC Defensive Player of the Week | First Career
Long-stick midfielder Stafford (Jr. – Darien, Conn.) logged a career-best six caused turnovers with a pair of ground balls in the Sea Gulls' 8-6 win over Grove City on Saturday. His career high in caused turnovers came one game after he posted a collegiate-best seven ground balls in SU's season-opening dub over Eastern. Stafford has registered nine ground balls and caused eight turnovers in the season's first two contests.

Regan McDonnell | C2C Offensive Player of the Week | First Career
Midfielder McDonnell (So. – Severna Park, Md.) drove the Sea Gulls on the attacking end in Friday's season-opening 8-6 win over Stevenson. McDonnell tallied a pair of goals, including a key free-position marker, while causing a pair of turnovers, tying both career highs from her freshman campaign.

Abby Fleishell | C2C Defensive Player of the Week | First Career
Defender Fleishell (Jr. – Sykesville, Md.) picked up where she left off last season as a dominant backline force, notching four draw controls while chasing down a pair of ground balls and causing two turnovers in the Sea Gulls' victory over Stevenson. Fleishell's four draw controls were her most in a single game since May 2023.
