Bromwell crowned USILA Scholar All-American

'25 Midfielder of the Year becomes 29th Scholar All-American in team history

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – An illustrious Sea Gull career concludes with one of the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association's (USILA's) top academic honors as Brice Bromwell of the Salisbury University men's lacrosse team was named a Scholar All-American, announced by the association on Tuesday morning.

Bromwell, a senior midfielder from Woolford, Md., concluded his studies at Salisbury in 2025 with a 3.25 grade-point average as a Business Management major with a minor in Communications.

On the field, Bromwell posted one of the best campaigns out of the Sea Gull midfield in recent memory, earning unanimous First-Team All-American praise and becoming the 11th Sea Gull midfielder to be crowned the Fran Mcall Outstanding Midfielder of the Year. His final run donning maroon and gold featured 113 points on 51 goals and 62 assists with just 22 turnovers in 21 games, boasting a crisp 2.82 assist-to-turnover ratio.

The third chapter of the Bromwell legacy with SU men's lacrosse concluded his Sea Gull career ranking eighth in program history in goals (176) and points (293) while finishing 10th in assists (117).

Bromwell joins an elite group of 29 Sea Gulls in the Scholar All-American club, including his brother Brendan Bromwell '17 in his senior season. The program has now earned at least one Scholar All-American in three consecutive seasons and eight of the last nine campaigns.
