Miyashita (Fr. – Glen Allen, Va.) medaled three times during the 22nd-ranked Sea Gulls' 186-76 victory over Franklin & Marshall on Saturday, headlined by a Maggs Pool-record 2:21.36 for gold in the 200-meter butterfly. Miyashita also took home a pair of silver medals in the 100 fly (1:03.42) and 200 individual medley (2:25.95). Between Miyashita,

Rowan O'Donoghue, Salisbury has produced the NJAC's top women's rookie following all seven of its competitions so far this season.
