COLORADO SPRINGS, CO — The NFHCA recognizes more than 1,800 outstanding undergraduate student-athletes from 147 institutions named to the 2025 Division III National Academic Squad.
Sponsored by OPA Winning Teams, the NFHCA National Academic Squad program honors undergraduate student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher through the fall semester, nominated by their NFHCA member coaches.
The Sea Gull field hockey program earned nine members on the list. Sydney Block, Kelly Davis, Maddie Fuller, Tessa Gray, Mauren Krauser, Alex Kupper, Abbey McIlvain, Peyton Miller, and Elena Weychert highlighted the squad for SU.
Salisbury clinched the first SUNYAC Championship title as a first-year associate member and advanced to the NCAA Tournament quarterfinals for the fourth straight year, finishing their 2025 campaign at 19-3 overall.
Salisbury University is a proud member of NCAA Division III with primary membership in the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference, along with affiliate membership in the New Jersey Athletic Conference (football, men's & women's swimming), Coastal Lacrosse Conference (men's lacrosse), State University of New York Athletic Conference (field hockey), and Colonial Women's Golf Conference (women's golf).
