Evan Thomas, along with Scott Burtzlaff, finished his four-year career as one of the best players in SU men's tennis history. Thomas totaled eight All-CAC awards, including three All-CAC First Team awards. Thomas qualified for two NCAA Tournaments in doubles with Burtzlaff and became an Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-American in 2010. Thomas and Burtzlaff finished the 2010 season as the ninth-ranked doubles tandem in the country.

At graduation, Thomas held the most singles wins in program history with 59.
