One of the top sluggers of her generation, Waskewicz established Sea Gull career marks for home runs (52) and doubles (51) that stood for 14 years while also graduating second in hits (238), runs (199), and RBIs (180). With Waskewicz patrolling shortstop, Salisbury won four straight CAC crowns (2007-10), qualified for a trio of NCAA Tournaments (2007, '09-10), and advanced to the 2009 College World Series.
Waskewicz began her career with a bang, earning CAC Player and Rookie of the Year honors in 2007 and repeating as CAC Player of the Year in 2008. She was dubbed First-Team All-Region three times (2007-09) by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) and made three NFCA All-America squads (2007-09), including the first team in 2008.
