A three-year starting shortstop, Kim (Dorsey) Vaca provided middle-of-the-order pop during one of Sea Gull softball's most fruitful eras, batting .426 for her career and graduating with the program's second-most home runs (34) in addition to top-10 marks in triples (7), runs (160), and RBIs (144). She contributed to two CAC titles, played in four NCAA Tournaments, and helped SU reach back-to-back-to-back Division III World Series (2013-15), highlighted by a national runner-up finish in 2014.

Dorsey was a three-time National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-American (2014-16) and made the final 10 of the NFCA National Player of the Year Watchlist as a senior. She also slotted on the All-CAC and All-Region First Teams those three years and was tabbed for the 2016 NCAA Regional All-Tournament Team.
